In addition to their wide selection of entrée choices, the restaurant offers a number of quality wines, such as the Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon and the Rombauer Chardonnay.
Shamrock Brewing Company
If you’ve tried all the fine dining restaurants that Pueblo has to offer or if you’re just looking to have meal somewhere with a relaxed dress code and lively atmosphere, the Shamrock Brewing Company can deliver.
With a diverse menu that draws upon traditional Irish dishes, such as their Shepherd’s Pie, and distinctly American pub food, like their Buffalo Burger, you’ll be sure to walk away stuffed.
When it comes to their adult beverage selection, Shamrock takes a global stance on the situation. The brewing company draws from traditional German, Belgian, Irish, English, and American style beers. The brewery also prides itself on using only the most premium ingredients from around the world by importing their malted barley, wheat, oats, and rye as well as using locally grown ingredients.
Mo Mo West Sushi Bar
When it comes to sushi in Pueblo, Mo Mo West is the big fish in the pond. Known for their friendly atmosphere and talented sushi chef, this sushi bar delivers both quality rolls and solid prices. In a land ruled by beef dishes, Mo Mo West breaks the trend for those feeling overwhelmed by red meat.
