Pull Up A Chair at Palisade Restaurants

Palisade Restaurants

Known as the Peach Capital of Colorado as well as for their local wine vineyards, Palisade is a town that prides itself on locally grown produce and their ideology of making everything from scratch.  With this unique combination of traits, Palisade makes a name for itself in the food world.  While the town itself only encompasses about 1.1 square miles, its food makes a big impression.

The Century House

Nestled at the base of the mountains, this newly opened restaurant is aptly named as it is found in a hundred year old renovated house.  With a wonderfully warm amber ambiance, the Century House offers its patrons an intimate dining experience.   With a mix of Mediterranean and American food, the Century offers restaurant-goers the unique option of choosing between dishes such as Vegetarian Lasagna, Spaghetti, Country Fried Chicken, and Prime Rib.  To wash all this down, patrons can choose from a number of mixed cocktails, wine, or good ol’ fashioned chocolate milk.

Inari’s Palisade Bistro

If you’re looking for a romantic night out during your vacation in Palisade, Inari’s serves as the perfect spot.  On Wednesdays, Inari’s offers swooning couples the “Date Night” special which includes a three course Prix Fixe dinner for two for $35, in addition to hosting a Valentines Days dinner on February 14th.

While this may be the perfect restaurant for a romantic night out, Inari’s offers up an interesting mix of American and Mediterranean for visitors to enjoy no matter the occasion.

With beautifully presented dishes such as their Moroccan Lemon Spiced Pan Seared Sea Bass Filet or the Pizza with Pesto, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese, diners are sure to be wowed.  Inari’s also offer patrons a selection of international and local Palisade wines to choose from to pair with their meals.

Starvin’ Arvin’s

There is nothing quite like a good breakfast.  It’s the most important meal of the day and skipping it can lead to dire consequences later.  Starvin’ Arvin’s, not to be confused with South Park’s Starvin’ Marvin, takes breakfast very seriously.  To prove their seriousness, Arvin’s uses only the finest in locally grown ingredients and prepares all of their dishes from scratch, from their jams to their biscuits.

The Slice O Life Bakery in Palisade, Colorado

Arvin’s also prides itself on bringing their customers the most gargantuan proportions, with cinnamon buns the size of a human head and endless stacks of pancakes drowning in homemade strawberry syrup and whipped cream.

Despite being located in Clifton, it is a mere 10 minute drive from Palisade and definitely worth checking out during your Colorado vacation.

Slice O Life Bakery

Seen as one of the gems of Palisade, Slice O Life Bakery greets all who walk through their doors with homemade baked goods and the mission of “baking the world better one batch at a time.”

Using secret family recipes and locally grown peaches, walnuts, and honey, Slice O Life presents patrons with decadently delicious baked goods of peach cinnamon rolls, homemade pies and cakes, and ice cream cakes made from scratch.  While not exactly a “restaurant” this is one bakery you’ll surely regret not visiting during your stay in Palisade.
